In exchange for the opportunity to be on the pristine grounds of Dunnings Creek Wetlands and to park at Whitetail Wetlands, I agree not to sue or bring any legal action against either of the aforementioned establishments or their managing organizations (ex. Allegheny Plateau Audubon Society, the landowner, etc.) for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that I may experience in connection with my outdoor activities or attendance at the Dunnings Creek Wetlands or Whitetail Wetlands, even if caused by a third party or other participants. I understand that my use of the facilities and services, participation in a program, and/or related activities, may involve dangerous conditions (uneven trails, muddy crossings, poisonous plants, stumps and roots in the trail, etc.) and risks of bodily injury (scraps, slips, tripping, twisted ankle, etc.) and risks to property (stolen or damaged equipment, for example). I assume full responsibility for these conditions and assume the risks no matter how the conditions and risks arise, including the acts or omissions and/or negligence of outside third parties, act of God, or other participants. I waive Dunnings Creek Wetlands and Whitetail Wetlands (and their managing organizations - Allegheny Plateau Audubon Society, the landowner, etc.) from any these dangerous conditions and risks. I agree to be personally responsible for, and hold Dunnings Creek Wetlands and Whitetail Wetlands, their officers, employees, agents and representative harmless from all costs related to any legal action brought against the aforementioned, for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) to any person, entity, or property caused by me, in any way, while participating at the wetlands.
